EGO IS ALWAYS RESTLESS ?

Are you aware Ego is always restless?

It is because one has not learned the art of being centered. There is a beautiful expression in mysticism called the law of the pendulum. When the pendulum goes to the right side, it comes to the left side. When it goes to the left side, it comes to the right side. So, when there is success, there is a fear of failure; when there is fear of failure, there is greed for success. Our life is from success to failure. But in success and failure, if you are centered, then when you are in success, you will not be arrogant about success nor there is a fear of failure. Thus, you will not be a victim of failure and there will be no greed for success. To be centered is to be in a state of egolessness. Therefore, breaking the ego means, breaking the swings in life and you being centered.

Daily practice to cultivate egolessness the moment you get up thank your parents and Guru and develop the attitude of gratitude. This makes you humble.
