*We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your merchandise for any reason, you may return the product. We accept returns for refund or exchange for all regular priced items.

*All sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

*For energetic reasons, we will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

*Shipping and handling are not covered and are the responsibility of the sender. However if you were sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of shipping to have it sent back to us.

*All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the order was paid. Once we have received your return shipment please allow 15 business days for us to fully process your return.

We accept returns of our products with the following conditions: 

• Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date.
• All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn or unused, unaltered.
• All hangtags must be attached to the product and proof of payment must accompany the return.
• All products are subject to inspection.
• Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded.

We does not cover customs, duty, import charges or fees for returns. The purchaser is responsible for all such charges.

Please also briefly describe the issue and list items you are returning. We will provide you with a mailing address. Please pack all items being returned securely in the original packaging if possible.

*Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase - unless there is a statutory holiday.

*We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays, breakage or loss incurred during the shipping period.

*Please note that International shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees.

*We are not responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping. For products sent to us for repair, these charges will be billed to you.

Tracking:

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number (FedEx in case of international order & DTDC in case of domestic order) is emailed to you as soon as your the order has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
